LINCOLNTON, N.C. Nearby Charlotte News – A Lincoln County male awaiting sentencing immediately after he was convicted of sexual assault was identified lifeless his in jail mobile late Thursday night, in accordance to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Business.
Deputies explained 61-year-outdated Randy Rinck, Sr. was uncovered by staff at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Business office around 11:30 on October 7 when they have been amassing laundry from the prisoners. Rinck was found unresponsive in his cell.

She remained with the 911 caller until deputies arrived at the scene.
The girl explained to the sheriff’s workplace that she had long gone to the Rinck’s residence in Lincolnton on Feb. 13 to check out. Although together, she instructed deputies she and Rinck went riding around and throughout that time, Rinck commenced drinking alcoholic beverages and started out assaulting her.
When they returned back to the property, the woman explained to deputies Rinck threatened her with a knife and refused to enable her depart. She informed deputies he ongoing to assault her around the weekend and gave her two black eyes, and tiny cuts on her physique.
