Nearby Charlotte Information – A person accused of jogging a red light in southeast Charlotte and crashing into a law enforcement cruiser causing it to overturn was arrested Monday right after he was spotted wounded and strolling out of the woods, in accordance to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Law enforcement Division.
Authorities accused 28-yr-outdated Joseph Spangler of remaining in two strike-and-operate crashes Monday morning.
