HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. Community Charlotte News – The person wished for the murder of a male who was shot all through an argument at North Mecklenburg Park in August was arrested Monday, according to the Huntersville Law enforcement Office.
Authorities reported officers responded to a taking pictures at the park all around 6:15 p.m. on August 29 wherever they discovered a male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police claimed investigators figured out that a verbal argument started involving individuals playing basketball. For the duration of the altercation, pictures were being fired and McIntyre was struck.
Withers was discovered as the suspect on Oct 7. He was charged with second-diploma murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
