MELROSE, Mass. (AP) — A property in Massachusetts seriously ruined by fireplace has been shown on the current market with an inquiring cost of $399,000.
WBZ-TV described Monday that the listing for the residence in Melrose, a suburb of Boston, is proof of how warm the housing market is.
In August, business groups listed the median sale value of single spouse and children residences in the state to be amongst $535,000 and $552,000.

The home experienced an extreme fire in August that blew out the front windows, which are now boarded up.
