Gov. Cooper announces more than $800M in funding for NC child care centers

CARRBORO, N.C. Nearby Charlotte — Gov. Roy Cooper suggests baby care facilities across the state will be ready to get their fingers on tens of millions of federal pounds as before long as future thirty day period.
