TROUP COUNTY (WRBL) – A Fort Bragg soldier accused in the deadly capturing of a LaGrange female is preventing extradition to Ga from North Carolina.
According to Troup County Sheriff’s Place of work Public Info Officer Sergeant Stewart Smith, Alonzo Dargan, Jr. is refusing to be extradited from North Carolina, in which he is staying held in jail, to Troup County just after currently being arrested in the fatal capturing of Akeila Ware.
Ware was found out in crucial situation on Oct. 5, 2021 when deputies with the Troup County Sheriff’s Workplace and other initially responders were being dispatched to Freeway 18 near E. Drummond Street. Originally it appeared Ware, who was 33 weeks pregnant, had been included a vehicle incident, but upon arrival, initial responders understood she experienced been shot, according to officers.
