LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. Area Charlotte News – A man’s body was observed in the h2o in the vicinity of a bridge in the distant space of southern Lancaster County has been recognized by the Lancaster County Coroner’s Business office.
The person has been discovered as Casier Izzard, 46, of Heath Springs, South Carolina.
According to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Business, a 911 caller notified deputies of a body in the h2o just off a bridge over Beaver Creek on Dick Hill Street.
Investigators explained the road as a “miles extended, one particular-lane, rutted dust highway leading south from Twitty Mill Road south of Heath Springs to County Club Road which operates from Kershaw to Lake Wateree.”
Deputies explained the space is pretty remote, but the bridge appeared to be utilized as a gathering spot for people today.
Detectives collected evidence from the scene before a fireplace rescue workforce entered the water and recovered the entire body of a man that was submerged in six to 7 ft of murky water.
“Although the location close to the bridge is distant and sparsely populated, there is a whole lot of website traffic on the road by hunters on tracts all along the road and by persons apparently partying on the bridge,” explained Sheriff Barry Faile. “We hope somebody saw anything and will call us. We also encourage any one missing a male loved ones member or acquaintance to let us know.”
